In the place of these Provisions I recommend the Adoption of the following Sections from the Indian Code: 74-80 (arrest before Judgment) 81-91 (Attachment before Judgment) 92-96 (Injunctions).
Sections 226-240
I recommend the substitution of Chapter VI of the Indian Code in lieu of these Provisions.
Sections 241-253
I think this branch of the Code should commence with a general Clause on Evidence founded upon the recommendations of the Judicature Commission at Page 14 of the Report.
Sections 251 and 252 might be headed "Examinations de bene esse".
